Pre-Built Training Plans are a solid alternative to one-one coaching!

Prs Fit Founder Jeff Kline and Head Coach SheriAnne Little have taken their most successful coaching formulas and translated them into training plans for goal-driven athletes of all abilities who prefer to be self-coached, or who are on a budget yet still need the insight of a coach to reach their goals!

Whether your training time is limited to 6 hours a week or you have 20 hours a week, these training plans are designed to leverage your training time and maximize results.

Coaches SheriAnne and Jeff have skillfully crafted each plan with distance and ability in mind, there is no more guess work on your part. The plan choices also reflect the number of weeks you have for training until your event (e.g., 24, 20, 16, 12 or 8 weeks)

You can feel confident that if followed, you will arrive at the start line prepared with the finish line in your sights!
