As the Head Coach at PRS Fit my goal is to impact as many people as possible and train new coaches our philosophy to positively impact as many people as they can. First and foremost I am a mom of 3 young beautiful children. I am a Fitness and Nutrition Coach that believes in helping people realize their untapped potential. I believe too many people go through life wondering if and wishing they could do something magnificent. Everyone’s “magnificent something” is different, mine just happens to be epic adventures. Everything I do I think about my children and the example I am setting for them. Setting goals is critical to being successful in life and I love to set big goals that make my heart beat a little faster and make me wonder if it is possible because I love nothing more than busting past that mental barrier. Anything is possible. As a mother of 3, a 3x World Champion qualifier and multiple podium finisher at Ironman events, I know what it takes to get it done yet respect the importance of family and responsibilities when it comes to running a business.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching an athlete work hard, stay focused and surprise themselves with results beyond their own expectations. Coaching is more than physical training. It is also about creating an atmosphere of confidence and pushing the self perceived limitations set by the athlete. With hard work, steady resolve and removing mental barriers – anything is possible.

Patty Greene-Brockman - PRS FIT RUNNING & TRIATHLON COACH
I have a passion for helping people fulfill their dreams. My earliest coaching experience started when I was in college, coaching a Summer swim team. I swam competitively from kindergarten through high school.
My running experienced really took off the year I turned 50. Since then I have competed in countless half marathons, marathons, 5k’s, and 10k’s. My triathlon experience includes 12+ sprints and Olympic distances, where I have made the podium every time, and I have completed Ironman Lake Stevens 70.3 and Ironman Chattanooga 140.6
I understand the value a coach brings to an athlete because I have lived through the mistakes inexperienced people make on this journey. My goal is to bring my athletes to the finish line healthy, injury free, feeling great, and with a smile on their face.
You are never too old to try something new, and I applaud the efforts of people new to the sport.
I am a Total Immersion and Ironman Certified Coach.

I grew in Chicago and have lived in southwest Michigan for the past 9 years. I have three amazing kids who keep me quite busy on a daily basis. I am a self- described endorphin junkie, and when I’m not chasing after my children, or the new puppy, my other passion is off-road triathlon.
I race between 6 to 7 times per season, with my final race in October at the Xterra off-road World Championships. I am the current and 4-time 40-44 division women’s world champion.
Training can be grueling at times, but it keeps me sane and makes me a better person toward both my family and friends. It continually pushes me to limits I never thought I could reach. I love the physical and mental challenges triathlon presents. I hope to instill my competitive spirit and the importance of having a goal in all the athletes I coach. I truly believe that becoming fit is possible for anybody as long as they have perseverance.
A daily hit of athletic-induced endorphins gives anyone the power to make better decisions, helps them to be at peace with themselves and offsets all kinds of stress.
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
